Preview: Langdon/Edmore/Munich vs. Thompson Tommies
Langdon/Edmore/Munich will be playing at home against the Thompson Tommies at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Langdon/Edmore/Munich has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
After soaring to a 20-point victory in their last game, Langdon/Edmore/Munich came back down to earth on Thursday. They fell just short of Cavalier by a score of 64-62. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their last game on Tuesday (56), Langdon/Edmore/Munich still had to take the loss.
Meanwhile, even though East Grand Forks scored an imposing 59 points on Tuesday, Thompson still came out on top. Thompson managed a 65-59 win over East Grand Forks. The victory was just what Thompson needed coming off of a 72-50 defeat in their prior matchup.
It was another big night for Drew Overby, who scored 28 points along with two steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Brayden Wolfgram, who scored 13 points.
Langdon/Edmore/Munich's defeat dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Thompson, their victory bumped their record up to 4-6.
