Summit extended their home winning streak to seven games thanks to a huge performance from Rayleen Togagae. The SkyHawks came out on top against the Kaiser Cats by a score of 3-1 on Thursday for which the team can thank Togagae, who had three digs and two aces. She has been hot, having also posted 15 or more assists the last six times she's played.
Summit walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the third set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 23-25, 25-11, 25-17.
Summit's victory bumped their record up to 21-4. As for Kaiser, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 16-14 record this season.
Summit will be playing in front of their home fans against Grand Terrace at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Kaiser does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
