The score was all tied up 1-1 at the break, but Gospel Light Christian was the better team in the second half.

Meanwhile, Faith Christian made easy work of Vandalia Christian on Tuesday and carried off a 9-2 win. Faith Christian might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five contests by six goals or more this season.

Faith Christian has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 32 goals over those six matchups. As for Gospel Light Christian, their win bumped their record up to 7-4-1.
