Soccer Game Preview: Rabun County vs. Banks County

The Rabun County Wildcats will head out on the road to face off against the Banks County Leopards at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Rabun County's last four contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

Rabun County took a loss when they played away from home on Tuesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Friday. They had just enough and edged out Oglethorpe County 1-0.

Meanwhile, Banks County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against Elbert County, falling 8-0. While losing is never fun, Banks County can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia soccer rankings (they are ranked 424th, while Elbert County are ranked 205th).

Banks County's loss dropped their record down to 1-13. As for Rabun County, their victory bumped their record up to 2-8.
