Parkland won the last time they faced Glenn and things went their way on Saturday too. The Mustangs snuck past the Bobcats with a 42-37 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Mustangs.

Parkland's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Taniya Eldridge, who shot 71% from the field to rack up 13 points and six steals. Janel Carter was another key player, putting up ten points and six steals.

Several Bobcats players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Marta Rubio, who posted 13 points and eight boards. Another player making a difference was Laneigh Scales, who scored seven points along with ten rebounds and four blocks.

Parkland's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Glenn, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Coming up, Parkland will be taking part in a tournament against South Stokes at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Glenn, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Thomasville at 6:00 p.m. on December 2.
