Baseball Recap: Felicity-Franklin Comes Up Short

Felicity-Franklin lost against East Clinton on April 11th, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Cardinals lost 11-1 to the Astros. The Cardinals have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Jona Carnahan made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 3-for-3 with two stolen bases. Alex Bartolin also deserves some recognition as he snagged his first stolen base of the season.

Felicity-Franklin's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for East Clinton, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 3-3 record this season.

Felicity-Franklin will be playing at home against Clermont Northeastern at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for East Clinton, they will venture away from home to take on Fayetteville-Perry at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
