Platte County had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 33.3 points) and they went ahead and made it four on Thursday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Chrisman Bears 51-22. The Pirates have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Bears, too.

Platte County pushed their record up to 9-5 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 26.0 points per game. As for Chrisman, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-8 record this season.
