With a playoff win on the line, Ketcham rose to the challenge on Sunday. They walked away with a 4-1 win over the Pine Bush Bushmen. Winning may never get old, but the Storm sure are getting used to it with their seventh in a row.

The team relied heavily on Nick Mondesando, who went 1-for-4 with one home run and two runs. That's the most runs he has posted since back in April.

Ketcham's victory bumped their record up to 22-4. As for Pine Bush, the loss snapped their winning streak at eight games and leaves them with a 16-3 record.

Looking ahead, Ketcham will face off against Massapequa at 10:00 a.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Storm 2.8, the Chiefs 3.2) so any runs scored will be well earned. Pine Bush does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
