Madison has gone a perfect 6-0 against Draughn recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Madison Patriots will venture away from home to square off against the Draughn Wildcats at 5:00 p.m.

Monday just wasn't the day for Madison's offense. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of NCSSM: Morganton on Monday.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Draughn). They put the hurt on Mitchell with a sharp 9-0 win on Monday. The Wildcats have beaten the Mountaineers the last seven times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Mountaineers has come to flipping the script.

Madison now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Draughn, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-6.

Madison beat Draughn by a goal in their previous meeting back in April of 2024, winning 3-2. Will Madison repeat their success, or does Draughn have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
