The biggest upset of the week belonged to Wayland-Cohocton, who took down 147th ranked Wayland-Cohocton, 18-7.

Hornell extended the longest winning streak in Section 5 Livingston I this week by beating Batavia, 30-14. This was the team's fifth consecutive win.

Wellsville's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Dusty Baldwin threw for 120 and one touchdown and Trystin Plummer had 69 yards receiving. On the ground Nick Anderson chipped in 89 yards. Rich Ewell helped Wellsville's passing attack out by catching two balls for 44 yards.

Wellsville's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Lions feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Baldwin has thrown for 633 yards and seven touchdowns this season, while Ewell has 11 catches for 273 yards. Tyler Brion leads the league in rushing with 254 yards.

A big matchup in the league this week will be when Haverling takes on Livonia. As it stands, the Rams are in third, while the Bulldogs are in second.

Livonia and Attica played the most hotly contested game in Section 5 Livingston I this week, with Livonia eventually emerging with a 6-0 victory.
