Volleyball Recap: Tuesday's Victory Is Milledgeville's Eighth in Last Ten Outings

Milledgeville won the last time they faced Morrison and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Missiles came out on top against the Mustangs by a score of 2-0.

The 2-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Milledgeville was: they took both sets by at least 11 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-13.

Kennedy Livengood paced Milledgeville's offense, picking up nine kills. Livengood got some help from Lexis Grenoble and her 16 assists. Grenoble also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Macey Schryver, each putting up two.

Milledgeville is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-5 record this season. As for Morrison, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-13-2.

Milledgeville has already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Amboy on the 9th. Morrison has also already played their next contest (against Ashton-Franklin Center), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
