It's playoff time, and Manteno had no trouble coming through when it counted. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Seneca Fighting Irish on Thursday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Panthers.

Manteno easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-21.

Maddy Belisle paced Manteno's offense, picking up nine kills. Belisle got some help from Danika Fletcher and her 11 assists. Fletcher was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Manteno's win bumped their record up to 31-5. As for Seneca, their defeat dropped their record down to 24-12.

Coming up, Manteno will challenge Chicago Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Seneca does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
