Basketball Game Preview: Intrinsic Charter School Downtown Campus Ravens vs. Waldorf Thunder

Intrinsic Charter School Downtown Campus has gone a perfect 4-0 against Waldorf recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Ravens will take on the Thunder in a holiday battle at 6:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Intrinsic Charter School Downtown Campus has five straight wins, Waldorf has ten straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

On Wednesday, everything came up roses for Intrinsic Charter School Downtown Campus against Christian Heritage Academy as the team secured a 69-35 victory. With that win, the Ravens brought their scoring average up to 50.7 points per game.

Cedrick Carter and Rejiveon Hudson were among the main playmakers for Intrinsic Charter School Downtown Campus as the former shot 65% from the field on his way to 29 points in addition to eight boards and three blocks and the latter went 10-for-16 en route to 20 points along with five assists and four steals. The game was Carter's sixth in a row with at least 19 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Amere Finley, who posted four points.

Meanwhile, Waldorf scored the most points they've had this season on Monday, but it wasn't enough. They fell just short of Roycemore by a score of 44-41.

Waldorf's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Intrinsic Charter School Downtown Campus, their victory bumped their record up to 5-2.
