Volleyball Recap: Bartlett Falls Short Against Ranked West Anchorage + How To Watch

Bartlett faced West Anchorage in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Golden Bears fell just short of the Eagles by a score of 3-2. The Golden Bears were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Eagles earlier this season, when they won 1-0.

Bartlett started the match hot and won the first two sets, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The final score came out to 23-25, 21-25, 25-17, 25-15, 15-12.

Bartlett dropped their record down to 3-7 with the loss, which was their 14th straight on the road dating back to last season. As for West Anchorage, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-11.

Bartlett has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Hutchison on the 29th. As for West Anchorage, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-2 victory against Bettye Davis East Anchorage on the 29th.
