Baseball Recap: Earlham Comes Up Short

Earlham lost against Interstate 35 back in June, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Cardinals fell just short of the Roadrunners by a score of 3-1.

Earlham has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-18 record this season. As for Interstate 35, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 15-5.

Earlham wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 12-1 win against Southwest Valley on the 5th. Interstate 35 has also already played their next matchup (against Moulton-Udell), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
