Florence suffered their biggest loss since April 12, 2024 on Tuesday. They came up short against the Saraland Spartans, falling 9-3. The Falcons' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

Henry Thomas Blanke was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring a run and stealing two bases while going 2-for-4. That's the most stolen bases he has posted over his last seven matchups. Another player making a difference was Cooper Thomaston, who went 1-for-4 with one triple, one run, and one RBI.

Florence's loss dropped their record down to 12-11. As for Saraland, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 14-10.
