Basketball Recap: Little Miami Find Success

Little Miami hadn't done well against Turpin recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. The Little Miami Panthers escaped with a win against the Turpin Spartans by the margin of a single free throw, 41-40. That's two games straight that the Panthers have won by just one point.

Little Miami's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-3. They've had to fight for that success though, as they only beat their opponents by an average of 1.5 points across that stretch. As for Turpin, they now have a losing record at 4-5.

Little Miami will square off against Lebanon at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Turpin, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 62-48 defeat against Archbishop Moeller on the 11th.
