West Valley is 9-1 against Eisenhower since April of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Rams will venture away from home to face off against the Cadets at 4:00 p.m. West Valley will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each match than the last.
West Valley barely beat Kittitas the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Rams put the hurt on the Coyotes with a sharp 10-1 victory on Thursday. The Rams not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since March 27th (when they won 19-1).
Meanwhile, after a string of three wins, Eisenhower's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They lost 19-6 to Wenatchee.
Nicole Salmanca made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-2 with three RBI, one run, and one double. She has been hot recently, having posted three or more RBI the last four times she's played. Zoe Niblett also deserves some recognition as she hit her first double of the season.
West Valley is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-6 record this season. As for Eisenhower, their loss dropped their record down to 5-7.
