Park Hill South won the last time they faced North Kansas City and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Panthers blew past the Hornets 3-0.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-10, 25-17.

Park Hill South found their leader in sophomore Devree Coughlin, who had 13 assists and six digs. Kalyn Ziller also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assist of the season.

Park Hill South's win bumped their record up to 12-5. As for North Kansas City, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Park Hill South is set to take on their familiar foe Central at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, North Kansas City will square off against rival Oak Park at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
