Julia Mitory spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned (and two unearned) runs on five hits and racked up six Ks.
On the hitting side, Ava Messina was incredible, going 2-for-4 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI. That's the most runs she has posted since back in May of 2024. Megan Lubert also deserves some recognition as she brought in her first RBI of the season.
Meanwhile, Cambria Heights got themselves on the board against United on Tuesday, but United never followed suit. They put the hurt on the Lions with a sharp 17-0 victory. That 17 run margin sets a new team best for the Highlanders this season.

The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Monday as neither team is afraid to steal. Northern Cambria has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 3 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like Cambria Heights struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 4.4 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.
