Basketball Recap: Western Find Success

Western won the last time they faced Loara and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Western Pioneers came out on top against the Loara Saxons by a score of 60-52.

Western has also been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 8-14 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.5 points per game. As for Loara, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-17.

Coincidentally, Western and Loara will both be playing Santa Ana Valley the next time they take the court. Western will host Santa Ana Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, while Loara will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on January 28th.
