Wilson had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Deshler Tigers on Wednesday. This was a revenge game for the Warriors: when they faced off against the Tigers back in September, they had to take a 3-2 defeat.

Anna Simone paced Wilson's offense, picking up 20 kills. Simone got some help from Olivia Bugg Watkins and her 33 assists. Simone also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Kyleigh Thompson, each putting up three.

When it comes to explaining why Deshler lost, don't look at Kendall Scogin. Despite the final result, she had 28 digs.

Wilson is on a roll lately: they've won 15 of their last 17 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 34-12 record this season. As for Deshler, their loss dropped their record down to 35-11.
