Mt. Zion entered their tilt with Manchester on Friday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Manchester Blue Devils, sneaking past 64-61. This was a revenge game for the Eagles: when they faced off against the Blue Devils back in January, they had to take a 98-65 loss.

Manchester's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jhiere Terry, who dropped a double-double on ten points and ten rebounds. Terry is on a roll when it comes to boards, as he's now pulled down ten or more in the last 11 games he's played. Jaedyn Terry was another key player, putting up 15 points and seven rebounds.

Mt. Zion's victory bumped their record up to 15-8. As for Manchester, the loss was their first at home , dropping their record down to 15-3.
