Glenvar had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6 goals) and they went ahead and made it five on Thursday. They never let the Northside Vikings get on the board and left with an 8-0 victory. The result was nothing new for Glenvar, who have now won five games by six goals or more so far this season.

Their offense was hitting Northside from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Camryn Stevens led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for four goals all by herself.

Glenvar's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-2. Those home victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those four matchups. As for Northside, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-6 record this season.
