Volleyball Recap: Buffalo Comes Up Short

Buffalo was the 2-1 winner over Hurricane when they last played one another back in September, but their luck changed this time around. The Bison fell just short of the Redskins by a score of 2-1 on Tuesday. The Bison have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Jocie Harris paced Buffalo's offense, picking up eight kills. Harris got some help from Emery Brookes and her 13 assists. Anna Boggess controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Buffalo's loss dropped their record down to 10-19-2. As for Hurricane, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 16-19-2 record this season.

Buffalo didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Poca on the 14th. As for Hurricane, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Winfield on the 14th.
