Football Recap: South County Stallions vs. Robinson Rams

South County won the last time they faced Robinson and things went their way on Friday too. The Stallions walked away with a 24-17 win over the Rams. Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead South County to victory, but perhaps none more so than Dylan Miller, who threw for 320 yards and three TDs. Miller's passing production has been exceptional as that marked his fifth straight game with at least 320 passing yards. Amare Acheampong helped Miller out on the ground, rushing for 104 yards on only seven carries.

South County didn't let much get past them through the air: they limited Robinson to a completion percentage of just 29.4%. That dominant aerial defense primarily came from four players: Tony Graham, Caleb Hairston, Zach Link, and Marcus Johnson, who each logged one passes deflected. As for Robinson, they will square off against Mount Vernon at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Rams will need to watch out since the Majors have now posted at least 31 points in their last five contests.
