Basketball Recap: Lacey Township Comes Up Short

Lacey Township lost against Ocean Township back in February of 2022 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Lacey Township Lions were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 57-56 to the Ocean Township Spartans. The Lions have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lacey Township's loss dropped their record down to 5-14. As for Ocean Township, their win bumped their record up to an identical 5-14.

Lacey Township does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Ocean Township, they will face off against Toms River South at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Ocean Township is facing Toms River South at the right time seeing as Toms River South is stuck on an 11-game losing streak.
