Soccer Recap: Palatine Falls to New Trier in First Game of Season

Palatine unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-pitch advantage in their season opener. They came up short against the New Trier Trevians on Tuesday, falling 6-1. The defeat continues a trend for Palatine in their meetings with New Trier: they've now lost three in a row.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Palatine will face off against Mundelein at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for New Trier, they will challenge Lyons at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
