Soccer Recap: Palatine Starts Season with Defeat at Home

Palatine unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-pitch advantage in their season opener. They came up short against the New Trier Trevians on Tuesday, falling 6-1. Palatine haven't had much luck with New Trier recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Palatine wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, a 7-0 win against Mundelein on the 27th. As for New Trier, they have also already played their next contest, a 1-0 defeat against Lyons on the 30th.
