Basketball Recap: Cedartown Skates Past Southeast Whitfield County with Ease

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Hiram, Cedartown was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Southeast Whitfield County Raiders 63-34. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 83-23 back in January.

Cedartown's victory bumped their record up to 13-11. As for Southeast Whitfield County, they are on a 41-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-21.

Cedartown will take on Cartersville at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Southeast Whitfield County, they will host Ridgeland at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday.
