Glendale Adventist put another one in the bag on Monday to keep their perfect season alive. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against the Etiwanda Eagles. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Cougars also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2024.

Glendale Adventist had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first two sets, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 24-26, 26-28, 25-19, 25-16, 15-12.

Glendale Adventist's victory was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 7-0. As for Etiwanda, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Coming up, Glendale Adventist will be playing at home against Campbell Hall at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Etiwanda, they will head out on the road to challenge Centennial at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Centennial will be hoping to continue their three-game streak of scoring more sets each matchup than the last.
