Basketball Recap: Classical Takes a Loss

Classical played a tough matchup on Tuesday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were beaten by the Berean Academy Warriors 57-28. The Saints were down 49-23 at the end of the third quarter, and things only got worse from there.

Classical lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Tylan Sinclair, who posted ten points. Sinclair also posted a block, marking his first of the season.

Classical is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-4. As for Berean Academy, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-1-1.

Classical wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 67-42 win against Central Christian on the 23rd. Berean Academy has also already played their next game, a 35-32 loss against Elyria Christian on the 23rd.
