Aquinas is 8-2 against Woodcrest Christian since January of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Aquinas Falcons will welcome the Woodcrest Christian Royals at 6:00 p.m.

Having struggled with eight defeats in a row, Aquinas turned things around against The Webb Schools on Thursday. They and the Gauls finished up their matchup with a 2-2 draw. The result was nothing new for the Falcons as the team haven't won a game since December 13, 2024.

Aaron Soto and Matthew Nieto scored both of Aquinas' goals, bringing their combined season tally to four goals.

Meanwhile, it was close, but on Wednesday Woodcrest Christian sidestepped Linfield Christian for a 2-1 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Royals.

Aquinas' draw makes their record 1-13-2 this season. As for Woodcrest Christian, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-2-1 record this season.
