Christian Educational Consortium proved they can win big last Tuesday (they won by ten) and on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 win over Middle Tennessee Monarchs. The Cougars have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw Middle Tennessee Monarchs, too.

Christian Educational Consortium's victory was truly a team effort as three different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Caleb Collins, who went 1-for-2 with one RBI.
