Foothill came tearing into Saturday's matchup with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Whitney Wildcats by a score of 2-0.

Foothill's victory bumped their record up to 12-5. As for Whitney, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last nine contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-8 record this season.

Foothill wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-1 defeat against Oak Ridge on the 20th. As for Whitney, they will head out to face off against Folsom at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
