Crofton has gone 10-0 against Wayne recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Crofton Warriors will venture away from home to face off against the Wayne Blue Devils at 6:00 p.m. Crofton is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 60.6 points per game this season.

Crofton is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another highly-ranked state team: Brandon Valley, who was ranked fifth in their home state at the time (Crofton was ranked sixth). Crofton took a 62-54 hit to the loss column at the hands of Brandon Valley on Tuesday. The Warriors' defeat signaled the end of their 13-game winning streak.

Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the best came from Sammie Allen, who posted 14 points and five steals. Another player making a difference was Cassie Allen, who went 5 of 8 en route to 19 points.

Meanwhile, after a string of three wins, Wayne's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They fell 43-33 to Norfolk Catholic.

Having lost for the first time this season, Crofton fell to 13-1. As for Wayne, their loss dropped their record down to 8-8.

Crofton strolled past Wayne when the teams last played back in January of 2024 by a score of 52-36. The rematch might be a little tougher for Crofton since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
