Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Saint Francis Catholic). They claimed a resounding 75-40 win over the Bronson Eagles. The match was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 31-11.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Saint Francis Catholic to victory, but perhaps none more so than William Collett, who went 10 of 21 en route to 30 points and five rebounds. Another player making a difference was Liam Banks, who went 8 of 9 on his way to 21 points.

Several Eagles players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Talon Harris, who posted 11 points along with five assists and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Justice Phillips, who almost dropped a double-double on 16 points and nine boards.

Saint Francis Catholic pushed their record up to 8-7 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.9 points per game. As for Bronson, their loss dropped their record down to 9-6.

Saint Francis Catholic will be playing in front of their home fans against First Assembly Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. First Assembly Christian Academy will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Saint Francis Catholic surely won't give up without a fight. As for Bronson, they will venture away from home to take on Oak Hall at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Bronson is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 60.2 points per game this season.
