Volleyball Recap: Shadow Ridge Comes Up Short in High-Profile Match with Arbor View + How To Watch

Shadow Ridge faced Arbor View in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Wednesday. The Mustangs came up short against the Aggies, falling 3-0. The Mustangs were not able to make up for their defeat to the Aggies from their previous meeting back in August of 2024.

While Shadow Ridge was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. The final score came out to 25-15, 25-22, 25-18.

Eline Lemau paced Shadow Ridge's offense, picking up seven kills. Lemau got some help from Lea Scott and her 12 assists. Scott was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Shadow Ridge has been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 16-8 record this season. As for Arbor View, they pushed their record up to 14-2 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home.
