Baseball Recap: Evanston Takes a Loss

Evanston suffered their biggest defeat since April 16, 2024 on Thursday. They lost 14-3 to the New Trier Trevians. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Trevians this season, with their most recent loss being a 5-4 defeat on Tuesday.

This is the second loss in a row for Evanston and nudges their season record down to 6-9. As for New Trier, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 14-5-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Evanston will take on rival Glenbrook North at 4:45 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, New Trier is set to challenge their familiar foe Glenbrook South at 4:45 p.m. on Monday.
