Volleyball Recap: Brandeis Takes a Loss

Brandeis suffered their biggest loss since August 12th on Tuesday. They lost 3-0 to the Canyon Cougars. The Broncos have struggled against the Cougars recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

While Brandeis was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Canyon's winning margin in every set. The final score came out to 25-14, 25-16, 25-19.

Brandeis' defeat dropped their record down to 6-12. As for Canyon, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-7 record this season.

Brandeis will be taking part in a tournament against Vandegrift at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Canyon, they will take on Dimond in a tournament on Thursday.
