Soccer Recap: Compton Takes a Loss

Compton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Woodrow Wilson Bruins, falling 3-0. While losing is never fun, the Tarbabes can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 716th, while the Bruins are ranked 191st).

Compton's loss dropped their record down to 4-6-1. As for Woodrow Wilson, their win bumped their record up to 7-5-5.

Compton has already played their next contest (against Lakewood), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Woodrow Wilson will host Jordan at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
