Austin Kaiser leads a balanced attack to beat Concordia

Recap: Bennington Badgers vs. Concordia Mustangs
The Bennington Badgers entered their tilt with the Concordia Mustangs with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Bennington walked away with a 60-50 victory over Concordia on Thursday. The win was all the more spectacular given Bennington's disadvantage in MaxPreps' Nebraska basketball rankings (they are ranked 104th, while Concordia is ranked 14th).
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Bennington to victory, but perhaps none more so than Austin Kaiser, who scored 18 points along with seven rebounds. The matchup was Kaiser's fifth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Bryce Dunning, who scored 12 points.
Bennington now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Concordia, their loss dropped their record down to 3-1.
Bennington will be home for the holidays to greet Beatrice on Tuesday. As for Concordia, they will head out on the road to face off against Ralston at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday.
