Inter-Lakes faced Moultonborough Academy in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Lakers blew past the Panthers 3-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 last Friday.

Inter-Lakes was especially dominant in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-19, 25-13.

Kiera Moynihan paced Inter-Lakes' offense, picking up 11 kills. Moynihan got some help from Emily Doda and her 26 assists. Moynihan also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Alyssa Snow, each putting up five.

Inter-Lakes' victory bumped their record up to 11-0. As for Moultonborough Academy, their defeat ended a six-match streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 7-3.
