Football Recap: Coudersport Comes Up Short

Something's probably wrong if your squad accumulates more yards in penalties than offense, a fact Coudersport just learned the hard way. They were dealt a 31-0 loss at the hands of the Kane Wolves on Friday. The Falcons just can't catch a break and have now endured five defeats in a row dating back to last season.

Colemen Freeman threw for 27 yards on three of 13 attempts. On the ground, Christian Driskell rushed for 29 yards.

Coudersport's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Kane, their victory bumped their record up to 2-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Coudersport will face off against Otto-Eldred/Oswayo Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Kane, they will venture away from home to square off against Ridgway/Johnsonburg at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
