Basketball Recap: Alexander Comes Up Short

On Friday, Alexander were within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 47-41 to the Flasher Bulldogs. Alexander has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Alexander's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Flasher, their win bumped their record up to 2-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Alexander will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Divide County at 7:15 p.m. on January 7, 2025. Flasher will also get a bit of a break before their next contest: they'll face off against New England at 7:00 p.m. on January 10, 2025.
