Korey Alston turned in yet another pitching appearance with fewer than two earned runs surrendered on Thursday. He tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He was up against McCollum and has quite the history against that squad, as he also had a great game the last time he faced them back in March. Alston is becoming a predictor of MacArthur's success: when he allows at most one earned run the team is undefeated (and 4-6 when he doesn't).
