Coldspring-Oakhurst scored the most points they've had this season on Thursday, but it wasn't enough. They fell 58-47 to the Anahuac Panthers. The Trojans were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Panthers apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in November of 2024.

Coldspring-Oakhurst has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-8 record this season. As for Anahuac, their win bumped their record up to 3-7.
