AuSable Valley never let their opponents score on Monday. They put the hurt on the Moriah Vikings with a sharp 19-0 win. The Patriots might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three games by 13 runs or more this season.

Cassidy Richards was incredible, going a perfect 4-for-4 with one home run, four runs, and one triple. Another player making a difference was Julia Bailey, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with four runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.

They weren't the only ones making solid contact: AuSable Valley kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 16 hits. They are a perfect 3-0 when they post 11 or more hits.

The victory snapped AuSable Valley's losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 3-6 record. As for Moriah, they are on a 13-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-12.

AuSable Valley didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 14-2 win against Saranac Lake on the 13th. As for Moriah, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 19-0 defeat against Ticonderoga on the 13th.
