Snake River was handed a three-set loss in their previous outing, but that didn't affect their clutch gene on Saturday. They had just enough and edged out the Preston Indians 3-2. This was a revenge game for the Panthers: when they faced off against the Indians on Tuesday, they had to take a 3-2 defeat.

Snake River found their leader in sophomore Whitney Edlefsen, who had 23 digs and one assist.

Snake River is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-12 record this season. As for Preston, they moved to 17-8 with that loss, which also ended their five-match winning streak.
