Volleyball Recap: Grandview Turns Things Around After Road Loss + How To Watch

There's no place like home for Grandview, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They blew past the Overland Trailblazers 3-0 on Thursday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

The final score came out to 25-9, 25-17, 25-14.

Grandview can attribute much of their success to Samantha Foster, who had six digs and five aces. Those five aces gave Foster a new career-high.

Foster wasn't the only good servers: Grandview was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 23 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least six aces in six consecutive contests.

Grandview's win bumped their record up to 7-11. As for Overland, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost 14 of their last 15 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-19 record this season.
